Performance Foodservice Tampa is very excited for this year’s Foodcentric Sarasota show and are grateful for your sponsorship in this amazing event. Below are a few facts to keep in mind as you prepare for your samples and booth decor.

• This is not a buying show, but it is a Selling Opportunity Show to garner new cases and develop new relationships.
• Show theme is TBD. Black drapery and skirting throughout.
• Online Electric Service Request Form – must be submitted by June 6 : Click Here
• Set-up Monday, June 23, 2025 
  from 11:30 am – 5:00 pm.
• Show Day floor opens 7:00 am. PFS truck arrival with dry/frozen/refrigerated.
• Do not send samples to warehouse for pick-up. Samples can be pulled from inventory.
• We will provide ice in 10 lb. bags on show day.
• Supplier and broker parking is behind Robart's Arena.
• There is a kitchen on premise with fryers, oven, and flat top. Bring utensils and any prep items. Be respectful and clean after yourself.
• Small portable butane burners & Sterno chafing fuel are acceptable to use on show floor.
• If cooking in your booth, bring a fire extinguisher to keep in your booth.
• We require every supplier/broker use an IPAD to take leads, notes, and customer samples.
• If you are serving food, you must wear gloves which we will provide.
• Avoid having supplies in your booth with our competitor’s logo on them.
• No Pop-up banners are allowed in your booth.
• Food bank will pick up food items identified for donation.
